Digital Creator Licensing Agreement

This Agreement supplements the Studio Mahoney Model Release and grants limited commercial rights for the use of photographs on creator-supported platforms.

Licensed Use

Studio Mahoney grants the Creator a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered edited images on monetized creator platforms including, but not limited to:

  • OnlyFans
  • Patreon
  • Fansly
  • Fanvue
  • Ko-fi
  • Substack
  • Similar subscription or membership services

This license applies only to the edited images delivered by Studio Mahoney.

Ownership

Studio Mahoney retains sole copyright and ownership of all photographs.

This Agreement grants a license to use the images and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Permitted Uses

The Creator may:

  • Publish images on subscription platforms.
  • Include images in subscriber-only content.
  • Use images to promote their creator pages.
  • Display images on personal websites and social media.
  • Use images in digital marketing directly related to their creator business.

Prohibited Uses

Without additional written permission, the Creator may not:

  • Sell or sublicense the photographs.
  • License the images to brands, agencies, magazines, or third parties.
  • Mint the photographs as NFTs.
  • Submit the photographs to stock agencies.
  • Allow AI systems to train on the photographs.
  • Create derivative works that substantially alter the original photographs.
  • Remove copyright notices or watermarks when present.

RAW files remain the exclusive property of Studio Mahoney.

Credit

Where platform functionality permits, the Creator agrees to credit Studio Mahoney by:

  • Tagging Studio Mahoney’s social media accounts.
  • Linking to https://studiomahoney.com on creator profile pages, websites, or promotional pages where practical.

If a platform does not reasonably support links or attribution, this requirement is considered satisfied.

Exclusivity

This license is non-exclusive. Studio Mahoney remains free to display, publish, license, exhibit, advertise, and otherwise use the photographs in any lawful manner.

Compensation

This license becomes effective only after payment of the agreed licensing fee.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, licensing fees are non-refundable.

Revocation

Failure to comply with this Agreement automatically terminates the license. Upon termination, the Creator agrees to remove the licensed images from all monetized platforms within thirty (30) days.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
